Custom Orthotics are made in our on-site lab.

Making 3-Dimensional casts using impression foam or plaster.

What We Do
Linda and Tony Caruana are professionals in manufacturing custom orthotics.

The first step in making a custom orthotic is the 3-D plaster cast or a bio-foam impression of the foot. Both methods capture the proper alignment of a person's foot.

Once a client's orthotics are finished, all fittings, modifications and adjustments are made quickly and accurately while they wait.
